1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MapStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

MapStory offers custom map poster designs available as digital downloads, printed posters, and framed prints. All products are made to order based on your custom configuration.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

4. Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

The MapStory brand, website design, and proprietary features are owned by MapStory. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your purchased poster designs.

6. Limitation of Liability

MapStory is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
